Pastoral Council members serve at the invitation of the Pastor. Members serve a term of two to six years. The Pastoral Council prays together, studies, reflects and deliberates on the spiritual and pastoral need of the parish and utilizes a process of consensus and discernment for all decisions. The Council advises the pastor on the needs of the parish and recommends goals and objectives. The Pastoral Council fosters pastoral and spiritual activity in the parish and encourages involvement in parish programs and ministries. All parishioners are encouraged to bring their ideas, questions, and complaints to Pastoral Council members.

Finance Council members serve at the invitation of the Pastor. Members serve a term of two to six years. The Finance Council is a consultative body to the Pastor on financial and human resources matters and assists him in carrying out the administrative functions of the parish. The Council assists with budget planning and overseeing expenditures, monitoring the performance of the revenue flow, and ensuring adherence tothe approved budgets on an ongoing basis. The Finance Council works cooperatively with the Business Manager and makes recommendations to the Pastor.

The Facilities Committee is a subcommittee of the Finance Council and is responsible for the buildings and grounds of the parish, overseeing all maintenance as well as major projects.
The Finance Support Committee is a subcommittee of the Finance Council and is responsible for providing assistance and support in executing current campaigns such as CSA and the Restoration Project, while also evaluating and implementing new opportunities to help address the parish financial needs.
